FOX 4 Closings

If you are not registered with FOX 4 Closings (in other words, if you do NOT already have an Organization ID and a Password), we will not be able to help you with this snow event. 

Please do not call, leave voice messages or send e-mails about closings at this time. 

 

If you are registered, dial 816-932-9250 and go directly into our Total Closing Computer with your ID and Password. If you registered last year, your user ID and Password are the same.

You will need to supply the following:

  • Name of your organization
  • Street Address
  • Contact Name
  • 2 phone numbers
  • Secondary contact name
  • 2 phone numbers
  • Fax Number
  • E-Mail address
 
We will e-mail you your User ID and Password and a list of the computer prompts as soon as we can.  Then, the number you will use when you call in is 816-932-9250.

We caution that due to a high volume of closings, this probably will not be turned around the same day.

We also caution that the e-mail address above is NOT to inform us of a closure, only to register for the system.
